Harry wanted to be buried in the more open area with the liatris and butterflies.
While it becomes a large tree, the wild cherry has a pretty flower, and is valuable for wildlife. The fruit is not very tasty but makes fairly good jelly. It is in the Prunus genus withdomesstic cherries, plumbs, apricots and almonds. The family is Rosaceae, and inlcudes roses, blackberries, service berries, apples and pears. The order, Rosales includes elms and figs (inlcuding the sacred bo tree of India).
