Honey Creek Woodlands Prices 2008

Payment plans and group discounts are available.

Natural burial

Savannah restoration area: $2,500
Mature woodlands: $3,500
Chapel area/hilltop: $4,500
Founders: $10,000 and up

Opening and closing the grave: $400.00
Grave restoration (required native plant restoration): $100.00 (additional memorial plantings are available).

Stones: $100 (stones from the outside must be approved by the staff of Honey Creek Woodlands)
Engraving: to be paid to engraver separately.  
Placement of stones included.

Cremation burials

Hilltop: $1250
Mature woodlands: $1250
Savannah restoration area: $750

Opening and closing area included.
Stones for cremated remains are available at the same price as natural burial, but the size is limited.

Group discounts:

For a group discount under 20, the parties must purchase at least 1/4 of the sites up front and begin a payment plan to retire the debt within 5 years.

4-10     10%
11-15   15%
16-20   20%
Over 20: negotiable.

Upper creek in woodlands
The timber harvest operation created a "logging deck", where all top soil was pused to the side. By the spring of 2008, the soil has been replaced and is ready for native meadow restoration.
